- Pre-game Mantle was presented with a plaque recognizing his 500th home run. New clippings with game summary included

- Very good condition; complete and partially scored. Minor corner and edge wear. 1 crease front cover. Some spots of faint discoloration and very light general handling wear. Images display very well
