- Several Hall of Famers played in this series including Clint Benedict, Jack Darragh, Georges Boucher, Punch Broadbent, Sprague Cleghorn, Cy Denneny, Eddie Gerard, Frank Nighbor, Frank Foyston, Hap Holmes, and Jack Walker.
