- Autograph of legendary Toronto St. Patricks Forward Babe Dye and NHL President
- Carefully removed from an autograph album where it was signed in the 1930s
- Signed while both were working as referees
- Dye scored 175 goals, 220 points in 177 NHL games across eight seasons for the St. Patricks, and returned to the franchise later, after they'd been re-named the Maple Leafs, playing six more games
- Also scored 28 goals, 33 points in 95 games for the Chicago Black Hawks, Hamilton Tigers, and New York Americans
- Dye also played professional baseball and Canadian football
- A four time NHL goals champion, and twice NHL points leader
- One of the great players of the 1920s, Dye passed away in 1962 and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1970
- Clarence Campbell was the third President of the National Hockey League, serving from 1946 to 1977
- The Champions of the NHL's Western Conference every season are awarded the Clarence S. Campbell Bowl in his honor
- Campbell oversaw numerous controversies over his term as NHL president, from the Maurice Richard Riots in Montreal to the formation of the National Hockey League Players Association, to the development of the rival World Hockey Association, but also oversaw successes like the NHL's original 1967 expansion
- Campbell was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1966, and passed away in 1984, weeks before his 79th birthday
- Autographs are in excellent shape with no smudging or bleeding. Page is in great condition with some light surface creasing but was removed carefully from the original album book with no rips or tears.

- The signatures in this listing came from an autograph book owned by Donald Deas. He took this book to many NHL games and secured numerous signatures of NHL players. Most of the autographs in the book were secured during the 1936/1937 NHL season with a few others collected into the early 1940s. The ability to collect the signatures was facilitated by a friendship Mr. Deas had with Maple Leaf Gardens official scorer Bill Graham Jr. The autograph book had been stored away by the family over the last 80 years.
