- Historic Mickey Mantle rookie program and game ticket, Mantle is in the lineup for his first game after signing with the New York Yankees
- Before the start of the regular MLB season Mickey Mantle and the Yankees play 2 Exhibition games in Ebbets Field against the Brooklyn Dodgers. April 15, 1951 since the Dodgers did not have their 1951 programs ready on this date they used a 1950 program, but included an updated lineup page (1951 lineups of both the Yankees and Dodgers)
- A ticket and a newspaper article are included with the program, this confirms this is the first game the 19 year old Mantle plays as an official member of the New York Yankees, as he was purchased by the Yankees from the Kansas Blues just prior to the April 15th game.
- Now a signed member of the Yankees, Mantle played the entire game getting 5 at bats. He did not disappoint, getting 4 hits including a home run in the 8th inning.
- The 22 page program is in excellent condition and is unscored. Small areas of tape residue are found on the lineup page as well as the game's score written in pen at the top left corner of the cover
- The ticket is in excellent condition again with a minor amount of tape residue
