- Not everyone on the program signed unfortunately, including Ted Williams, Johnny Unitas and Jerry West
- Program was obtained from a private collector who kept it closed since the banquet in 1960 - as a result, the signatures were preserved nicely and cleanly
- Great condition; signatures shows little to no blurring from moisture or age, program itself has some soiling on the front page but autographs inside are all clear and presentable. Some light creasing around the edges with a few small tears but none of which affect any signatures
