- Attractively matted cheque signed by Robinson along with with a modern photo of Robinson. Dated March 7th, 1961 and drawn on the First National City Bank of New York
- The cheque has been signed in blue ball-point, with a stamp that just touches the very end of the signature
- Black and white photo depicts Robinson in a posed shot
- An All-Star for six consecutive seasons with Brooklyn Dodgers, and named the National League MVP for 1949, Jackie Robinson was also a World Series champion during his short but important career, and began his rise to stardom in the Negro Leagues
- Cheque is in great condition; minimal edge and corner wear visible from the front. Back shows some light surface paper loss along the left and right edges from once being mounted with tape. Autograph itself presents very well with no smudging, bleeding or fading.
