- First prize for the contest consisted of two return airline tickets to the (not-yet named) Blue Jays' 1977 Spring Training camp, hotel accommodations for six nights, $400 in spending money and two sets of season tickets at Exhibition Stadium
- Made of heavy cardboard with easel style back
- Great condition; some minor handling wear around edges and some ballots have been removed
