- Ring comes with a Letter of Authenticity and a copy of the 1997 pawn shop receipt signed by Darryl Fords wife Lynn Masset
- "Jostens 10K" and "10-0 at home" stamped inside ring

- "Ford" is spelled out in raised gold across the top of the left shank, which has and Argos helmet and Ford's number "21" below it and "Fifteen-Five" spelled out in a v-shape banner at the bottom
- Right shank has "Toronto 36 Calgary 21" surrounding an image of the Grey Cup with the CFL logo at the bottom along with "79th Grey Cup" on a v-shaped banner
- The ring is nicely preserved overall with obvious signs of proud wear
- There is a nick on the left edge of the right shank and a few smaller ones on the right edge of the same shank
- The left shank has a nick on the right edge to the right retains sharp details throughout
- Ford was named a 1991 CLF All-Star
- Excellent condition; very minor handling wear
