He was a valued teammate of Wayne Gretzky when they played together for the Edmonton Oilers and Los Angeles Kings, serving as an enforcer. Two time Stanley Cup champion
- Blake is a Canadian former professional hockey player who was drafted 70th overall by the Los Angeles Kings in the 1988 NHL draft. He played 12 season for the Kings before being traded to the Colorado Avalanche where he would win the Stanley Cup in 2001. Elected into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2014
