- This index card was signed while she was performing with the aforementioned Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo from March 26th - April 7th 1945 while staying at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto
- This autograph was given to the hotel's hairdresser

- Very good condition. Autograph presents well with some smudging. 2 fold creases present. Minor material loss on the back from being mounted in a scrapbook. Very presentable
