- With anti-Vietnam War sentiment high, Frank Zappa proclaims this would be his "Last N.Y. Appearance 'Til Peace" which serves as a headline above the band name on the poster
- Created by artist Helen Hersh, this poster is sometimes catalogued as FME004, FME-4 MSO-FME.1968.04.19 OR FME.4.1968 by collectors.
- This is the first and only printing for this poster before the concert and was the 4th of the posters in the Bill Graham Fillmore East concert series (of which there were far fewer designs compared to their counterparty series for the Fillmore West in San Francisco)
- Size: 14" x 22"
- Excellent condition; some corner and edge wear otherwise little sign of handling wear, very presentable for its age
