- In this tournament, because Canada had not invited NHL prospect Brett Hull to play, he chose instead to play for the United States, where he spent much of his childhood. Hull would score over 700 goals in the NHL, and his play for the United States often angered Canadian fans
- Ticket is in very good condition with a small tear on the right edge; program is also in very good condition with light but visible handling wear around the edges but no rips or tears
