- Pierre Pilote played in the NHL from 1955-1969 with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Chicago Blackhawks. He was captain of the Blackhawks for 7 seasons, and was inducted in to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1975
- Great condition; very minor edge wear, little to no notable rips or tears. Autograph presents well with little to no notable bleeding, fading or smudging
