- The Blazers were a short lived franchise that played in the WHA for the 1972-73 season
- The team relocated to Vancouver for the 1973-74 season and again relocated to Calgary 2 years later
- The franchise folded in 1977
- Excellent condition; graphics present well, some scratches and scuffs throughout
