- 1963 dry-mounted and plaqued photo of Dick Clark performing at Maple Leaf Gardens, originally hung up at the CHUM Radio Yonge St. office in Toronto
- Also included are eight original 1963 CHUM Charts featuring Dick Clark, many of which advertising the concert at MLG, presented by CHUM on July 19, 1963 as "The Dick Clark Caravan of Stars"
- The Yonge St. office was demolished in 2016, and was the station's home for 50 years until 2009, playing host to musical figures such as Paul McCartney, Elton John, Frank Zappa, Supertramp, the Bay City Rollers and the Osmonds.
- Dimensions: Dry-mounted photo is 19" x 19" and charts are 7" x 5.75" (open)
- Excellent condition; slight edge wear, some very minor black marks are visible on the front. Charts range from very good to excellent condition with some creasing, little to no rips or tears.
