- Concert took place in the Allen Theater, small venue that only sat 500 in Cleveland, Ohio
- Measurements: 2" x 1.5"
- Excellent condition; some very light wear in the corners as well as two very small knicks along the left and bottom edges with very small surface material loss. Small blemish near the bottom left corner along the bottom edge. Relatively clean entry rip with some light residual surface material loss
