- Rare 1908 Olympics diploma issued to members of the USA team for winning the most medals by any nation
- Issued to the athletes on the 1908 American Olympic team which participated in the summer games in London England. Diploma is signed by James Edward Sullivan who organized the 1904 summer Olympics in St. Louis and is also an executive with the USA amateur athletic association and the Olympic association. Diploma is issued to Horace Patton Ramey who represented the USA in both the 400 metre and 800 metre Track & Field races
