- The California Golden Seals (renamed the Oakland Seals in the 67-68 season) were a professional ice hockey franchise that competed in the NHL from 1967-1976
- They were one of 6 teams added in the NHL's 1967 expansion
- The team was the least successful of the six expansion teams. They only made the playoffs twice in 9 seasons, and suffered from low attendance at their arena
- In 1976 they were relocated to become the Cleveland Barons and two years later they merged with the Minnesota North Stars
- Good condition; game puck, images show general fading and material loss due to age; puck presents moderate signs of handling wear
