- The Loyal True Blue Association was an organization founded and dedicated to providing education and healthcare to orphaned Protestant children
- Letter is hand written and signed by Nicholas Ingram, the Grand Secretary of the Port Perry arm of the Loyal True Blue Association
- Fair condition; rips and tears. Cornerwear, edgewear and creasing present. Tear along letter folds in the middle/top right. Water stains throughout. Some fading at bottom right, some fading on the signature
