- 1917-18 team photo of the Allan Cup Champion Kitchener Greenshirts, featuring 22 year old goalie George Hainsworth, future NHL legend and Hall of Famer for the Montreal Canadiens
- Amazing early image of Hainsworth, seen front and centre
- Hainsworth won back to back Stanley Cups with the Montreal Canadiens in 1930-31
- Handwritten notations on the back indicate that the players on either side of Hainsworth in the front row are George Hillier and Ernie Parkes. The three players on the right side of the back row are George Kargas, Frank "Snoozer" Trashinski and Otto Soloman
- Vintage cabinet photo with photographer stamp on back as British and Colonial Press Limited in Toronto, ON
Very good condition; wavy diagonal crack in the photo between the second and third players from the left in the back row, as well as a couple of small gouges and marks at chest level of the two players on the left in the back row. The gray matte has various stains and the upper left corner is torn with material loss. The photo is crystal clear otherwise. Blue ink handwritten notations are on the the back to denote some players in the photo.
