Good condition; notable edgewear on front and back covers with tears and creasing throughout as well as a few small spots of material loss. 2-3 inch tear emanating near the bottom left corner from the spine on the front cover. Writing in pencil along the top edge of the front cover and creasing throughout. Interior pages are complete and intact, and attached to the cover. Pages are largely clean throughout, with the lap chart partially scored in pencil and a few corner creases.
