- Contained within a brown coloured leather folio that features a chrome closure over the front, gold coloured letters that read "The One and Only John "Nip" Dwan - New York Americans 1929-30 - From Stobie Forlong & Co." are found over the top of the top of the piece on the front
- Dwan is pictured in a newspaper clipping as the manager of a team of pro hockey players taking part in a charity softball game in 1933
- Kit includes nail file, soap and polish containers, three brushes and a toothbrush container
