- Roy Thomas "Shrimp" Worters played 12 seasons in the NHL (1925-1937) for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Montreal Canadiens and the New York Americans
- Worters won the Vezina Trophy in 1931 and was inducted in the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1969
- Great condition; some soiling near the top edge, little to no notable creasing, no rips or tears. Writing in pencil on back. Material transfer from a perviously attached sticker.
