- Very good condition; front cover shows a few visible stains as well as some edge and cornerwear, including a very small tear along the right edge. Back cover has notable paper loss in the top left corner and general scuffing as well as some very faint writing throughout. Light vertical folding crease is visible throughout. Interior pages are complete and largely clean throughout however page 5/6 has been cut in half with the bottom half removed and page 30 has some writing in ink at the top edge. Otherwise inner pages show some light creasing but are otherwise very presentable.
