- Entry list is in very good condition with notable edgewear along the right edge, including some creasing and small tears, most notably in the top right corner. Unscored with a clean interior. Program shows some soiling on the front page near the left edge and minimal wear along the edges otherwise. Pages show some light edgewear but are otherwise clean throughout. Middle pages are loose from staples with a visible crease in the top at the fold and a tear near the top staple mark
