- Burdine Stadium opened in December 1937, home of the Orange Bowl from 1938-1999 and the Miami Hurricanes from 1937-2007, the Miami Dolphins also played there from 1966-1986. The Stadium was demolished in 2008 and the site is now Marlins Park, home of the Miami Marlins which opened in 2012.
