- 1940s Baseball Press Photo of a player in action for Cienfuegos Baseball Club of the Cuban Professional League
- Stamped on back from a Latin-American press photo service
- Cienfuegos won five Cuban Titles in the 26 Championships it participated in
- The club changed its name to Cienfuegos Elefantes in 1949-50
- In 1961, a month after the end of the regular season, new Cuban President Fidel Castro abolished professional baseball
- Very good condition; some significant paper loss on the back, which is not visible from the front, but makes the photo delicate in a few areas along the top edge. A small tear along the top edge is visible as well and some minor corner creasing
