- Maple Leaf Gardens is a historic building that was constructed in 1931. From 1931 - 1999 it was the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs (during that time they won 11 Stanley Cups). As well it was the home of the Toronto Huskies for their lone season in the Basketball Association of America in the 1946-47 season (a league that was a forerunner to the NBA). It also hosted countless concerts, as it was one of the few venues outside the United States where Elvis Presley performed
- Very good condition; notable cornerwear on the cover, present corner crease in the bottom corner, edgewear throughout, slight scratch on the right edge, but the program remains well preserved and unscored
