- Program is in excellent condition; some light edgewear, little to no notable creasing. Complete and unscored with clean pages throughout and no rips or tears. Documents are in great condition with some light creasing and indentation from paper clips as well as a few small rust stains on both the contract and the handwritten document.
- Measurements: Contract is on 8.5” x 14” legal paper and other documents are on 8.5” x 11” paper
- Program is 16 pages. Contract is 3 pages
