- Great condition; front cover shows some light soiling with a few spots of discolouration and a pin hole near the bottom left corner as well as corner creasing. Autograph page (the back cover) shows visible edgewear and creasing in the corners as well as some soiling. Small tear along the left edge. Autographs present very well with no smudging, bleeding or fading, aside from Jack Kramer’s signature that shows some minor splotching and smudging but still presents well. Visible horizontal crease running parallel to the bottom edge goes through both covers and interior menu pages. First page of the menu shows a small blemish but pages are otherwise clean with no rips or tears
