- The 1956 Toronto Maple Leafs roster consisted of famous alumni such as Tim Horton, Frank Mahovlich, Bobby Baun, George Armstrong, Dick Duff, Ted Kennedy and Sid Smith
- Although the letter states that the organization felt they had a good team that year, the Toronto Maple Leafs did not win any awards that season
- Great condition: two creases in center, left to right as the letter was folded into a standard envelope. Minimal edgewear, minor corner creasing, 2 hole punches at the top
