- Ted Lindsay was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1966, and died in 2019 at the age of 93
- Very good condition; slightly off-centre with some light corner creasing and minor handling wear along the edges including a small mark of water damage near the left edge on the back. Listed condition is not a professional grading..
