- Gilles Tremblay died in 2014 at 75 years old
- Topps hockey cards at the time were made in conjunction with O-Pee-Chee
- Good condition; notably off-centre and crooked with a very light corner crease in top and bottom left corners as well as some surface scratching on the front. Minimal handling wear along the edges. Listed condition is not a professional grading.
