- Bobby Orr at 16 years old is in lineup for Generals, and scores one goal in the game
- Orr is also in a photo on page 7 of the program with caption inquiring on if he will one day be in the NHL
- Lineup page is complete and unscored, however the game score is written on the first page
- Excellent condition; little to no creasing, no rips or tears. Some light discolouration is visible on the front near the spine and the score is written neatly in pen on page 1. Some very light foxing visible at the bottom of the back cover.
