- Content includes Bush commenting on Vietnam in first year of Bush's political career, the World War II pilot sees the war in Vietnam as a "very difficult situation" and announces he will travel to Vietnam to see the war first hand
- Great condition; aside from original folding creases, little to no creasing with no rips or tears. A few spots of light discolouration along the top edge and the top folding crease but autograph and inscription are unaffected, and show no visible smudging or bleeding
- Fully authenticated by James Spence Authentication (JSA), comes with two LOA's one from JSA and the other is from RAAB collection
