- Haley replaced the original Tin Man actor Buddy Ebsen after the aluminum face paint used for Ebsen's makeup caused him to have a severe reaction that hospitalized and almost killed him
- A new silver paint on paste was formulated for Haley
- Cheque is 8 x 3”, photo is 7.25 x 9.5”
- Excellent condition; light handling wear on cheque, otherwise minimal signs of visible handling use
