- Eddie Shack was a Canadian professional ice hockey player of Ukrainian descent who played for six National Hockey League (NHL) teams over a span of 2 decades. He spent the majority of his career with the Toronto Maple Leafs, winning the Stanley Cup with them in 1962, 1963, 1964, and 1967
- The PoP Shoppe was launched in London, Ontario in 1969, and built its business model on the idea of selling cases directly to the public from its own factory facilities, at prices that were half of what supermarkets charged. They also launched an ambitious marketing campaign, featuring NHL players like Eddie Shack
- Excellent condition; autograph presents well with no fading or smudging, some corner and edge wear, some slight foxing on back
