- On January 14, 1971, the Los Angeles Lakers bested the Cincinnati Royals 126-120, behind 33 points from Jerry West and 30 points from Wilt Chamberlain. This historic game was played at Maple Leaf Gardens, which was the 1st regular season NBA game played in Toronto in nearly 3 decades. This season the Royals missed the playoffs, while the Lakers lost to the eventual champions, the Milwaukee Bucks (led by future Laker Kareem Abdul-Jabbar), in the conference finals
- Good condition; creasing throughout, most notably a vertical folding crease through the program. Score page has been scored crudely in two separate places. Autographs present well despite issues with the program, with little to no notable smudging, bleeding, or fading
