- Many images similar to that used in final program. Issued at 4 Series game in Canada
- Good condition; first 16 pages are detached from binding. Front and back cover are still attached despite notable tearing at the top and bottom of spine. Photos and content are pasted in with minimal residual damage, but some glue staining and scuffing is visible on some pages. Light surface paper loss at top of spine on the 16th and 17th pages.
