- Phil Esposito signed photo of his iconic fall during the introductions of Team Canada during Game 5 of the 1972 Summit Series in Moscow. After being given flowers in the pre-game ceremonies, Esposito's flower had fallen in front of him on the ice - when he stepped forward while being addressed by announcer Karil Yugorov, he stepped directly on the stem of the flower and slipped onto the ice.
