- Ticket was originally stapled to the first page of the program prior to being carefully removed to be slabbed and authenticated by iCert, showing light handling creasing throughout
- Program is scored in blue pen at the top of the lineup page of the program with jersey numbers of the scoring plays, light creasing throughout, slight discolouration on the cover
