- Toros defeated Hall of Famer Gordie Howe and the Aeros 6-3
- Cover features a photo of Frank Mahovlich in action for the Toros, as well as his autograph, which includes the inscription "H.O.F. 81 #27" to mark his 1981 Hall of Fame induction and his signature number 27
- Very good condition; autograph is big and bold on front cover and presents very well, but there is a notable vertical folding crease throughout the program. Some small pen marks on a few pages as well, including the lineup page which is loose from staples.
