- Nordiques defeat Toros 4-1
- Autograph written neatly near top left corner in blue pen
- Rejean Houlse, a former first overall pick in the NHL draft, starred for three seasons for the Nordiques, while also playing 635 NHL games for the Montreal Canadiens, winning five Stanley Cups
- Very good condition; some tearing and paper loss along the edges of the back and front cover, little to no creasing. Otherwise it is unscored and complete with clean pages throughout
