- Sittler signed the ticket in black pen near the top right corner with his #27 and 1976 inscribed
- Leafs beat the Bruins 11-4; score is written in pencil on the back of the ticket, as well as "Sittler 6 goals / 4 assists" in pen on the opposite side
- Very good condition; notable creasing throughout as well as a pinhole at the top. Residual surface paper loss is visible along the entry rip from the front. Writing in pen and pencil on back with score and Sittler’s statistics neatly recorded. Autograph presents well with no smudging, bleeding or fading
