- Excellent condition; the stickers are sealed and in original packaging. The book remains in great condition, with notable corner and edgewear on the front and back cover, although the pages have little to no notable rips or tears
- The set has 126 player stickers, featuring Wayne Gretzky, Ray Bourque, Guy Lafleur, and Darryl Sittler
- There are 21 sealed sticker packages, although the trophy and coach stickers are missing
