- Jim Palmer pitched in 19 Major League seasons, all with the Baltimore Orioles. He was a 3-time Cy Young Award winner, a 3-time World Series Champion, an 8-time All-Star, a 4-time Gold Glove winner, a 3-time AL wins leader, a 2-time AL ERA leader, and also threw a no-hitter on August 13, 1969
