- Penguins General Manager Craig Patrick also won two Stanley Cups with Pittsburgh including a Presidents Trophy and 5 division titles.
- Patrick was an Assistant General Manager for the 1980 Olympic Gold Medal winning American hockey team, also know as the Miracle on Ice
- Excellent condition; minimal creasing and edgeware. No notable rips or tears. Two small staple holes in the top left corner. Minor edgewear near the two hole punches at the top. Signatures present well with no smudging or bleeding
