- A 3-time CFL all-star playing in five Grey Cup games, winning with Calgary in 1998 and Edmonton in 2003, Terry Vaughn is also the league's all-time leading receiver with his 973rd reception on July 14, 2006 while playing for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, surpassing Darren Flutie's previous record of 972 receptions.

- This 10K gold ring with original display box was presented to the University of Arizona alum for his milestone 973rd reception.
- Size 10 with an approximate weight of 35 grams, a raised football with "Pro Players" sits atop the tableau, with "CFL All-Time Leading Receiver" in raised slanted letters encircling the bezel. The right shank has "Vaughn" above, with logos of each of his CFL teams below, while the left shank sports a centred football with "973", with "All Time" above and the date below. The inner band is stamped "Intergold 10K"
- The flip-top wooden display box has a small gold-coloured plaque inside with "CFL All-Time Leading Receiver Terry Vaughn #973 July 14th, 2006 vs Calgary" engraved
- Very light wear from use with minimal scratching visible. Box shows minor wear including some dings along the edges and in the corners.
