- Originally acquired from the team, with accompanying MLSE LOA as well as original price tag and trainer's tape label signifying the date of the game with which it was used
- "72 v WAS" written in silver marker on the shaft near the blade to signify that it was the Leafs' 72nd game of the season
- Matthews' 34 written in black marker at the bottom of the tape job at the top of the shaft
- Notable puck marks on the blade tape, some scratching and use on the shaft and scuffing throughout
- Approximately 66" tall off the floor
