- Game worn set 1 road jersey. This particular jersey was recycled down to the minor leagues where it was worn by Tony Fernandez in Kinston (A Ball) in 1980, his 1st year of pro ball. It has been professionally restored back to it's original condition with original Toronto lettering.

- These 1978 jerseys are the only examples of Jay's uniforms from 1977-2003 without the split number - very rare
